computer repair service

1. Is there no access to the keyboard during boot?

Help, I can not access my keyboard at the beginning!

If so, I would recommend:

1-1. If you are using a USB keyboard, connect the keyboard to the main USB ports on the back of the computer (on the system board). Please restart your computer and try again.

1-2. Try another functional USB keyboard connected to the main USB ports on the back of the computer (on the motherboard). Please restart your computer and try again.

1-3. Try another PS / 2 keyboard that works, restart your computer and try again.

1-4. If you are using a PS / 2 keyboard, try replacing the keyboard with a USB keyboard. Please restart your computer and try again.

1-5. If these steps fail, disconnect the keyboard and turn off the computer with the power switch. When the computer is turned off, reconnect the keyboard and start the computer.

Still not working? Go to "I need to update my BIOS" and continue updating the BIOS.

2. Freezes your computer's BIOS?

Why is my computer frozen?

2-1. Remove all devices from your computer, including removable hard disks, additional USB devices, printers and faxes. Please restart your computer and try again. If there are no results, continue with step 2-2.

2-2. If you see the BIOS screen, press the button to access the BIOS settings. Make sure the hard drive, memory and graphics card are recognized in the BIOS (if applicable). If not, install or replace the unknown device. If there are no results, go to step 2-3.

2-3. Reset BIOS to the default settings and select "Save and Exit" while navigating the BIOS and all material is detected. The computer restarts and you will now see the page to load the operating system. If there are no results, continue with steps 2-4.

2-4. Open the computer, remove all memory modules except 1 (usually the closest to the CPU) and disconnect all hard disks. Disconnect and add PCI or AGP cards and start the computer. If the message "The operating system was not found" or a similar message appears, progress has been made. Then add 1 item at a time and reboot the computer after each object to see when an error occurs.

If these steps do not work yet, see the section "I need to update my BIOS".

3. The computer beeps when it is turned on

No data on screen and computer screaming at you?

3-1. If the computer beeps at startup and nothing appears on the screen. There is a hardware issue with your computer. Check the manufacturer's website for your motherboard or computer to see the meaning of the BIOS code. If this is not possible, try removing all Memory Stick minus one, then restart the computer and try again. If there are no results, continue with step 3-2.

3-2. If you removed and tested all memory, disconnect all internal connections except power sockets, the connectors on the graphics card and the power switch (PSW). Leave a memory key, heat sink and a connected fan, restart the computer and try again. If there are no results, continue with steps 3-3.

3-3. If you have a graphics card installed and also have built-in video, remove the graphics card and power adapter to this card. Connect the video cable to your integrated video connection. Please restart your computer and try again. If there are no results, continue with steps 3-4.

3-4. If the beep continues, try replacing the memory with a known work module. Please restart your computer and try again. If there is no result, change the motherboard and try again. If you still can not find a result, go to steps 3-5.

3-5. If the beep persists, replace the processor and just plug it in (power connectors, card connector video and power switch (PSW)) and also allow a memory key, a heat sink and connected fan connections. Turn on the computer and try again.

Note If all steps do not work, check again. If your computer still beeps, consult a local computer technician.
